Road Cycling - Omaha, NE...any long trails or good rides?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I will be in Nebraska on business this week and am going to meet my wife for an "escape from the kids weekend" in Omaha, and we want to do some road riding. She is not terribly comfortable riding in traffic so I wonder if anyone knows of a substantial Rail Trail (or similar) system in Omaho/Coucil Bluffs area?
Thanks
Hope this isn't too late, but Omaha has some great places to ride. I was there a few months ago and took my road bike. They have around 70 miles of paved, 10-12 foot wide paths that go along the rivers all throughout Omaha. Any LBS should have a map, that's how I found out about the system. Otherwise, Omaha is not very bike friendly. But when I was there I would go for 30-40 mile rides in the middle of the city without having to encounter any traffic. Here is a link to the area's bike trails that includes a map.
