I ride 110 to 135 miles a week, jog 5 to 8 miles, and I don't even want to think about car miles....too high of gas prices.

163.3333333333333333333333333333333333km

I took my computer reading and divided by the number of weeks in the last four months.

It varies a lot though. I might not ride for a whole week, then do 500km the next.

I'd guess somewhere around 400km/week, maybe a few more. The "average" function on bikeprolog.com isn't working right now (not that it would be totally accurate as I only started logging my miles there at the end of Feb.

Between 110 and 130 miles per week for me.

Over 300 miles per week in the truck to and from work.

I'm around Velo's numbers also, about 150 to 200 per week, depending on if there is a tour or things like that, if there is it's at 200 or more, if not, it varies between 140 and 180..

200-250 miles per week is my average. Wish it was more. Just not enough time in the day for the other stuff I wish I didn't have to do like go to work.

Hmmm... I've been upping my mileage lately, since it's going on the end of summer and I'll be tapering off soon, so now I'm up to 250- 350 miles per week, depending on if I throw in a century on Saturdays....

Sheesh, no wonder why I get bike problems- until I added up the miles for this post, I had no idea. I assumed I was just doing a lot.

Geez.......I've gotta quit my job to be able to put in that kinda mileage... What do you do for a living?

It's not about quitting your job, it's about getting up early in the morning and logging in those miles! If I waited until 6am to ride, I wouldn't be doing half of what I do now. As it stands, I get up at 3:45am and get myself out there, so I can do a lot of miles and still get in with my whole day ahead of me. I build up my mileage too, and by the weekend, I'm peaking with 70- 100 miles on Saturday, and an additional 45- 60 miles on Sunday.

It works!

It depends a lot on weather and other activities, but it fluctuates between 50 and 250 km per week. More when I'm on holidays, obviously.

I have not calculated my average, but I am between 175 - 250 depending on how many days I do hills.

I usually do 150-200 miles a week, however lately I've been feeling not to motivated so for the last couple of weeks I've maybe averaged about 75 miles a week.

Sometimes I feel like that too- I get a burned out feeling, so I'll take a few days off, or however long it takes- up to a week. But when I come back, I don't want to ever end the ride, it just feels so good to be back on the bike, and I'm always feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Must be that smilie thing... :D

BTW Koffee, wasn't it you who were "hoping" to do a century by the end of summer? Now you're wondering if you're gonna do one every week!

God please...

Don't equate my serious training with some silly dribble going on with another member please. I don't put in that many miles and not take it seriously.

Actually, I was doing one a week until I realized I was overtraining, so I cut back to no more than twice a month. I'm working up to where I want to feel like 100 miles means nothing and can start working on the double centuries.

Thanks for the accolades, though! I'll take that beer now! ;)
