Just wanted to see if anyone here shares my love of these things!? I am basically a Kashi nut. I like their cereals and snacks as well. Seems like a good substitute for the bad stuff I was eating and it has alot of good stuff in it too.

Yup. If Kashi went out of business, I'd starve.

I tried them, but didn't think they were a good nutritional tradeoff for me. I believe that the best nutritional tradeoff in a cereal bar is, believe it or not, the South Beach Diet High Protein bars. They're 140 calories and have 10 grams of protein. They have 15 grams og carbohydrates, which is a little more than I'd like, but are very low in cholesterol and relatively low in sodium. Plus, they come in (I think) better flavors. I'm partial to their Cranberry Almond and, sometimes, their Peanut Butter.

OTOH, I do munch dry Kashi cereal for a snack. That's pretty yummy.

I love the Kashi bars. Especially the chewy trail mix bar.

i like Kashi products and enjoy their hard granola bars better then the chewy. i do think their are simillar and even better options that are cheaper in price. later.

Love 'em too. I also eat their cereal everyday too. Good stuff.

I love them. Especially the 'pumpkin spice flax' flavor.

Think I found my new favorite - Toasted Almond Crunch.
