Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - NJS Keirin frame BB thread type

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Could someone please help. I'm trying to source a bottom bracket for a NJS keirin frame which came without one. I've done a search, It sounds like it's going to be a 109 spindle, but could not confirm if it needs to be british threaded.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

match the spindle to the cranks, not the frame. Not all cranksets will use a 109 spindle (a lot will, but not all).
what cranks?
It's a Sugino 75 crankset. So based on the Sugino bottom bracket I need a 109. Problem is I want to go sealed. And don't want to pay the earth either. Any recommendations?
Miche, Campagnolo, Phil Wood. You may have to get a 108 or 110, but it'll work fine. Just make sure you get a BB with ISO taper.

I just ordered a Level and Matsuda-san said the bb thread is JIS - and that Campag doesn't do a JIS bb (correct). So be careful about buying a Phil Wood or Campag. You might need a Hatta bb. Sealed might not be possible unless you get a Shimano bb and use Shimano cranks (Octalink - no Shimano/Sugino compatibility).

Ive been seeing SO many new Levels rolling around recently. Seems like a lot of people have been ordering them.
What color'd u get? :)
Really? Everyone else (Sugino included) says it's an ISO taper.
