Pretty cool.....I'm looking into getting a projecty clock too soon. :)
Cool. I guess mine should be in the mail pretty soon then. Oooooh boy I can't wait!
I have one with 3" LED's so I can read it w/o my glasses. I'd never see a projecty clock.
You wear adiddas scent? I bet the ladies are all over you.

As I understand it they project on the ceiling in like foot high numbers. How the heck could you not see that?

Beats your cologne, "Recent Skidmark".

Trust me, I'm severly myopic. I can read a news paper at about 5" w/o my glasses. Everything beyond that is a blur of shapes.

Yes, but my point is that they are a lot bigger than the size you said you do use (3" LEDs).

This one is cheap, but theoretically, yes.

You don't understand. My alarm clock is only a foot from my head, reading a 3" LED isn't a problem. But a projection system would be 6' away and my eyes could never focus at that distance.
Trust me, I've had these eyes for a year or two.
A skull and red numbers? This doesn't look to good. It's not a demon clock is it?

I love projecty clocks. Got one so my husband could see the time at night since he couldn't turn his head to look at the clock. I still use it, so I can notice time ticking by when I have insomnia at night! :p :(
