I have a Corratec RockLite Raptor 2003 and i want to change the hub can i just take the spokes off and change the hub or do i have to buy a whole new wheel

Considering the new hub probably won't be the exact same dimensions as the old one.. you can replace the hub, but would also have to replace the spokes. No reason you can't do that.
