I have put more miles in the past two months than most all the months before this year. I have been riding the crap outta my legs and hitting the gym like a freak on roids. I've been through fog, rain, cold, wind, and heat. Nothing has kept me from riding.
Yes, I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety a couple of months ago. My problem was not that I was suffering, but that I was putting my wife and kids though he77.

I'm trying to take your stance on this, PCad. Take it out on the bike. Make the bike pay for my problems. I think it's working for the most part. But the medication has helped too.

But, I promise, no more belly-aching. More miles.

I've not ridden for two weeks. :(

Why not? Last year at this time, I was ridin' twice a day, albeit only 12-15 miles each time.... But I would not be here today if I hadn't. :)
