I need a "convertible" bike - I'm a Tri Guy only part time, the rest of the time I'm not crazy about the super forward positioning and in fact rode laid back Merckx's for years with a smile on my face.

I LOVE Kestrels. I've had a few of the early gen bikes and they're just phenomenal. I don't know if the ride and build quality are the same now that they're made in Asia somewhere, and everybody keeps buzzing in my ear about the Cervelo.

Which would you guys suggest?

I think Fuji bought Kestrel, I could be wrong but I thought that is what I was told a few months ago. I have a Cervelo Dual and love the bike. I couldn't suggest which way to go. Just ride them both and go from there.
