Just under 18 weeks away...time for a support group :)
Are you happy with where you are in your training? I'm doing all Low HR Base stuff which can be a little boring at times...but necessary.
Are you planning to preview the course? Rose (my wife) and I are going to head out that way at the end of Dec for a few days. I figure I'll ride & run the loops while I'm there.
Do you have your trip planned? Rose and I are planning to get there on Thursday afternoon and stay through Monday morning. I think some of the folks from the Cool Runnings forum may get together for a lunch or dinner before the race. The more the merrier.
