Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Looks very nice with the blue frame. How easy is it to scratch the white coating?

I dont think its that easy to scratch them as the guy I got them off of ran them hard and strong and they have only very minor scratches and look almost new :)

Deep V's were wildly popular on the SS/FG forum; so popular that now almost nobody admits owning them. That's the fickleness of fashion.
A local rider has some yellow rims, another the white. The white ones look nice on his pale green and white fixie.

 ILB! When I saw "Deep Vs" and "SS" in the preview in the thread list, I thought you had slapped them on your Schwinn Super Sport! Boy was I relieved! :) You are such a Philly hipster! Which one is you in the bottom picture?

Yeah, Ive been sporting deep Vs on one bike or another since before they were popular ;) popular is a good enough reason for some but I use what I like not what everyone else does ;) :) NO WAY would I ruin my Super Sport! :) it just happens to have the same first letters! LOL! ;) none of those are me in the pics, my youngest on drums, my son in law in the Flyers jersey, my future son in law in the glasses, my oldest daughter in the black shirt and a friend of my youngest on guitar =) the little ones my neice =)
