Hi

We will have a new Kilo TT Pro with Tektro frt brake, sugino crank, Alex rims with eyelets and
Frame made from True Temper Platinum OX

Current Kilo TT colors of Black and Green sell great

When we order new Pro version any ideas on colors?
I sure would appreciate any input on colors that you would find most attractive

Will come as frameset also without decals
Complete bike will have decals, of course
sizes: 47,50,53,57,60,63 -- all C-C -- so lots of choices in that area

I appreciate what you have been doing and I am taking advantage of the current group buy. Why not an aluminum frame with carbon fork similar to the Trek T1 or Van Dessel Drag Strip Courage?

BTW, for colors I like the current scheme on the Van Dessel. Red and Orange also are good for me.

You need two-tone's. Make it happen, with the clearcoated raw.
Something in white would be very trendy and classy, maybe with orange decals or red?

But on the other hand, I'm working on a 2005 VW Jetta in metallic grey. The color looks raw. MAKE IT HAPPEN. Along with some shock colors, like Metallic Purple or bright blue.

id keep that ish primary, a nice pretty blue, and a red, along with a white and maybe a gray or a brown would be great

Yes, it's in the stickys in the Road Forum.

As you this thread, Mike is giving the choice of colors to the SSFG forum, so prepare for some pretty garish non-racing colors.

Anyway, it's not coming in pink. I think the consensus was robin's egg blue, purple and white, but that's no guarantee that's what they'll end up being.

White, black, or baby blue. And +1 for an aluminum frame, I'd get right in line for that.

Isn't there enough quality aluminum track frames on the market? Step it up and tell Mike you want some carbon.

Oh, you know. like pastel pink or whatever with brown on it and a blue fornt Aerospoke wheel with a purple deep-V/Formula rear wheel with a Power Rangers top-tube protector and a Kashimax saddle.

If Mike could, they'd be begging for him to leave the unpainted frames out in the rain to rust and have them delivered like that.
Or spray paint it gold without taking anything off.
Or probably have it with horizontal road dropouts so it look like a conversion.
or a bike lock welded to the toptube.

By the way, last I checked, a pro cycling peloton looks like a handful of M&M's from far away. Get over the pink.

Anyway, your argument is kind of sad. It's sad because you're a kid, and you've only been competing for a season, as I understand it, but you've already had the rigid conformity of cycling thrust down your throat. I mean, the thrust of your argument seems to be that there are right and wrong colors in order to simply race your bike.

I'm not trying to say that I think pink is a non-racing color. It's the whole package - the white seatpost and stem, the stars on the fork, the pink chainring, the garish decals, etc.

For what it's worth, I know the owner of that bike.

Blatantly saracastic. Keyword: blatantly. I'm more in touch with reality than most, it just depends on how you look at it.

And you can't blame me for making fun of the hipsters for their garish-looking bikes, and some of these styles do exist. Not the exact way described, but somewhat like them.

It's not about making fun of fashion-over-function hipsters, it's that the four examples you made (especially the last two) didn't resemble anything even remotely like what a hipster would do. Horizontal dropouts to make it look like a road conversion? This is about the last thing even the most fashionable and uninterested-in-actual-cycling hipster would suggest.
