After seeing that video, I happened to see a lawn ornament with Santa on a bicycle, and the wheels were turning.

Why were they turning? Someone had made the spokes into little colorful vanes to turn the wheels with wind power. Yep. Santa was on a scraper bike.

Those kids used to come to our shop all the time when we were in West Oakland, I've wrenched on those bikes a couple time, even went to one of their memorials.
