Wondering if anyone else has had problems with Performance, my honey ordered my Christmas present from them and they took twice the amount out of my credit card account. It's been over a week and I still can't get my money back!
I will never ever buy from those people again.:mad:

You have probably already thought of this, but, did you call your credit card company to dispute the charge?
I've haven't used them alot, but have been very satisfied with them. Hopefully this is just a fluke and they will correct (obviously not immediately) very soon! Good Luck!
I shop at University Performance a lot of time and I haven't had any problem yet.

The only issue I've got with Performance is that if I have something shipped to the local store instead of my apartment, it takes about 5 days longer to arrive. I understand that it's because they include "ship to store" orders with the routine store shipments which might only arrive every 10 days, but it's still annoying if I want something quickly and it takes 10 days instead of 4.
