Commuting - Should I go for it?
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

*sniff* do I smell a troll?
You can get the same thing for the same price brand new from any bike shop.

Reminds of my friend's little kid noticing our road bikes: "Where's your kickstand?"

Heck yeah, it's only about double what they cost new online.

Not sure it'll really fit all bikes, either. But you COULD buy a bike for that amount that included the kickstand.

Weird, that is the exact same kickstand that I have on my beater. Guess somebody else out there has an early-90s clunker hanging around (or, if it's being parted out, a recently deceased clunker).
I can vouch though, it is one quality kickstand. You should totally get it.
