Joined a gym since it is too cold and wet to ride this year. Have never riden a recumbent bike but want to try the recumbent bike in the gym. I know how to adjust seat height on an upright bike, but I have no clue on a recumbent.
Do I follow similar criteria- that is - leg almost straight at the "longest" position?
