the gear pod on my bike is loose...I can still shift gears but the thing rattles when i ride and is very annoying...its the rear gear pod which is on the aero bars of my tri-bike. how do i fix?

is it a bar end or a integrated brake/shifter?
If it is a barend, you can tighten the screw that holds the thing together. Or if it is the D-ring rattling, tape it to the body of something.
If its an STI lever, you are out of luck. They just rattle and you have to deal with it.

its a bareend but i can't find where to tighten? the only screw it has to to adjust the tension of the gear...its loose at the part where the gear pod inserts into the aero bar. its not an STI.
