i just bought a 2004 trek 4300 hardtail. umm, im looking at all the pics of yall, and im wondering how you can do all those jumps and stuff. like how do u hop, pop a wheelie, correct way to ramp? sorry im a major noob.

no prob...most of it is trial and error. We can give you ideas but really watch someone practice...fall...hurt self...learn...practice...fall...finally pull it off...:)

Some good tips in there. 3rd or 4th one down is some of my advice. Jumping off a ramp is pretty easy to flat. Hit is with speed and lean back a touch to counteract the bikes natural movement to point down. You should land fine.

For a wheelie..switch it ot your biggest cog (the one where you pedal really hard but mange to cover really little distance) start pedalling hard and lift hte front of your bike. THen shift your body weight back and continue to pedal. You should be able to do it.....well at least thats how i do it.
