Hi All

I'm looking to get some new wheels built for my commuter, a 2006 Specialized Sirrus Sport. I'm thinking along the lines of Shimano 105 hubs with Dyad or Deep-V rims, probably 32R / 32F, maybe 36R, with 2mm straight gauge spokes. For the record I'm 95 kg plus 10 kg of stuff = 105 kg, or 230lbs, plus bike. I'm not a particularly gentle rider.

So far I've spoken to 1 shop in Perth who seems to know their stuff.

What have your experiences been, good or bad, with wheelbuilders in Perth?

Paul
