New triathlon training group forming for the upcoming races in April.

Meet at Run Bike Swim on Rainbow
Saturday Jan 5th - 12 Noon for details!
Bring your Bicycle for checkups, Running shoes for fit, and Swim suit if you want to freeze to death!
Sunday morning Jan 6th will be our first group ride around a park to get everyone used to bicycle handling skills and what we need to work on.
Get started on that New Years resolution now! There is no Fee for this event.
