It looks like I get subscribed to every thread I post in and then get a weekly notification. Where is the default option to shut that off?

It looks like I get subscribed to every thread I post in and then get a weekly notification. Where is the default option to shut that off?
Never mind...found it. Here's the answer:
User Control Panel > Edit Options > Messaging & Notification
Under Default Thread Subscription Mode you probably have it set to Weekly Email Notification.
