Hi

I'm looking for some bits and pieces for an old Peugeot i am restoring. Is there any stores that sell old parts, kind of like a wrecker for bicycles?

All I can find is places that sell all those new fangled, hi tech racing bits. Have tried ebay and tradingpost, but there is not much on there.

If anyone can help me out i am looking for a front headlamp, rear mudguard and a suitable set of chrome rims/wheels for a mid 70s UE18 (i think that's what it's called, but it's a 5spd aussie version) looks like a dilapidated version of this:

The CERES bike shed has lots of (mostly junky) old bikes outside and an attic full of old parts. CERES is in Brunswick, next to Merri Creek.

there is a bike shop on the corner of station street and burwood highway in Melbourne. Not sure of the name it is behind michelangelo's restuarant.

There is a mountain of old bike and noticed a few old Peugeots when I was there.

Good luck.

PS: Give Cecil Walker a call they are famous for having old components knocking about.
