I've got a Trek 700 Multitrack. I'm thinking of getting a Nitto Albatross bar and a Technomic Non-Deluxe stem to replace, but I've got two questions...

A. Will the brake levers, shifters and grips switch over to the Albatross bar?

B. Where do I find cabling and do I need all new cabling or are there extenders? (This may be one of the dumbest questions posed on the board, but I'm having difficulty tracking down cabling?)

Thanks!

Flat bar shifters and brake levers should clamp onto the Albatross handlebars.

While it's possible that your present cables and housings may switch over, I wouldn't bet on it. Honestly, if you're going to that much expense and trouble, I'd pop for all new cables and housings anyway. Nothing matches the bang-for-buck mechanical improvement of a fresh set of cables and housings.
