I'm nursing a cold that finally hit me, and hoping Roadfix doesn't spend more than 10 minutes trying to earn that $3.

I look at a picture like that and I see: right click/save picture as, file/open, image/resize, image/mode/grayscale, image/adjust/brightness, magic wand tool, file/new, copy, paste, move, layers/merge, file/save as ****8.jpg, file/open ****8.jpg x two hours. You my dear, are an artiste. Hilarious!

Personally I don't like the muddy stripe up my back, and I usually AM sweating on the inside of my jacket. Now if I had a bike with fenders on it, it wouldn't be so bad, though California drivers seem to turn into morons when the roads get wet (AND around Christmas time as well!). May also be a mental block from the time MANY years ago during the AYH Christmas trip when we were riding Palm Springs to Borrego (app 100 mi), entirely in the rain, PLUS a stretch from Salton Sea to Borrego had fresh road tar. Talk about a MESS!! I never did get all the tar out of my clothing.

Personally I prefer running in the rain to biking. Some of my favorite marathon training runs were in the rain (well except for the day it started hailing while we were out in the middle of the Silver Strand!!).

However I am doing neither right now since I have this d*** cold...

When it rains, do BF'ers spend A Night At The Opera?
