Anybody got an Urban Mover?
They have a poor idea for customer service so you might want to avoid purchasing one of their bikes.
I purchased one of their bikes about a year ago and phoned them up about 50+ times, they never call back, they don't do after-sales service so watch out!
If you don't believe me, ring them up and ask for a tech or a customer services representative, the person answering the call will tell you that there is nobody in the office and you never hear from them again.
You have been warned.
