I have an older bike, a Trek 1200 aluminum. It uses all Shimano RX100 components. One of the down tube shifters broke and I am looking to replace it. I would just buy a new set but this bike has only 7 speeds and the new ones I believe are for 9 speeds.
Can anyone suggest where to go, I already tried the Trek website and the Shimano website. I could'nt believe that neither shimano or trek offered a phone number to call for help, only email or mail.
Any help would be great.
