I heard a lot of guys were breaking/having problems with those on Pinkbike.
Probably not what you want to hear, but I figured you might want to know something like that. Some guys broke the arch, others had the lowers completely fly off in mid air.

They were using them out of their discipline. The problems they had were fixed for 2004.

That and pinkbike kids tend to really abuse stuff. I highly doubt any fork will be enough to keep those kids satisfied...most of them should suck it up and get a dc.

Just out of curiosity, what do those "pinkbike" kids use DJ's for in order to brake them? Downhill?

Dh and big drops...and they really aren't made to go 'huge'...the 04's are a different storey though

Yeah, the Pinkbike kids are hard on their bikes. A lot of them DID break their forks dirt jumping, however. Not really a concern, I just figured it might be something you'd like to know.

I'm a member of Pinkbike too, mostly just alot of BS if you ask me, they beat the crap out of their bikes then whine when something breaks, I don't post except in the XC forum there, too inmature. I have a 2003 DJ fork, so far no problems, I've done a little Dirt jumping with it, but mostly just trail ride, nice fork, very plush with good travel, I know it's not ment for XC but I only wish for lockout, mostly for riding on the street to the trails.
