With a half-day of work, mine was a quick 20 miles of semi wet-to-slush & snowy back roads. Bright sun and 25 degrees, just perfect. Here's a few pics (http://www.angryslob.com/122107_ride/)...
How was your ride?

Nice pictures scotch. That's a lot of snow Nor-easter style?
My ride was good until the last 2miles. Slippery...black ice and 37F. I took a fall in the lot just before arriving at work. Started loosing traction so I slowed way down and aimed for the wimply little salt pellets. After a speed bump on a small decent, it was game over. I should have gotten off and walked. Dumb
35 deg F overcast/foggy like a sauna...but a good ride.
Um - I drove my car to the mall to get some x-mas shizzle. It has Nokian tires - does that count?
It was about 10 deg F when I came to work and now it's -2 (I work evenings) and almost time to go home. I just made a studded tire with small nuts, bolts and lockwashers. It's not too good on ice, but it works well in snow and packed snow.
The OP didn't specify. It counts

happy first day of winter, everyone!
12/22 Ride....3 inches of new snow, 33 deg F and got out before the cars. What a blast!!
I drove on 12/21 because on my ride home on 12/20 I kissed the road twice and wasn't exactly in shape to ride. All should be well by the ride on 12/26, though.
My usual workday ride of 14 miles; 5 miles of pavement, 4 miles of wet messy dirt road, 5 miles of gravel path through the woods. Excellent!
My new girlfriend was my 12/21 ride. Best Christmas present I've gotten in a while. http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/lipstick%20mark.gif
-8f. Otherwise quite uneventful. I discovered the lower limit of what the riding gear I had could handle. Today, I got wicking sock liners, a winter polypro top, some high visibility utility gloves (Sidetrak handlebar covers were more than sufficient down to that cold, but at -8, the poor cover on my wrist was a bit irritating, so - gloves) and some disposable warmers to throw in the shoes on similarly cold days. Also discovered that the leaking breath from the air warmer face mask I have is enough to keep my eyes warm enough to avoid pain without goggles, which would fog horribly anyways..
