I think it's the wiring harness and the 26.0 handlebar attachment. Since I'm not quite sure exactly what I've got, I'll send you pics.
How does $x shipped CONUS sound? If anything, you can get the 26.0 mount and junk the rest. As I recall, I paid something like $25 for the smaller 26.0 mount two seasons ago.
