I have to sneak in some miles before the lovely brides company Xmas party Sat afternoon, so I'm doing an early ride from downtown (nob hill) via presidio, cliff house, park and meet anyone who wants to go at the polo fields GGPark. Warm up a couple laps around track and go. If you want to leave from downtown with me 8:30am , PM me for location . Moderate to brisk pace, no long wait ups for lallygagers : ).... Ocean beach, Hwy 35, L 87th all the way to Guadalupe (stop at 711) and up to the top Short break!, back to park via, w. Lake and Lake Merced Blvd to GGPark
about 45 miles round trip from downtown, home by noonish.

Yep, if it's really bad, might do the the first less windy section, and back down.

I did a short ride today at noon from Genentech up Mount San Bruno and back. It was perfectly crisp and sunny at that hour!
