Hello,

can any reccommend a group ride for January 17-21 over MLK weekend? I will be visiting in the Orlando, area.

I have been looking at the various bike club websites , florida freewheelers,but they dont have any events or rides posted for that weekend.

Freewheeler website updates each Monday (or so) after the previous weekend has become obsolete. I don't see my Jan/Feb printed schedule to tell you what will be available - but there will be at least 3 different rides each Saturday, and another 3 on Sunday, grouped by skill or intensity level. Maps are on the web site for most rides if you wanted to independently ride in an area that has been routed to be as bike friendly/safe as possible.

There are group rides from the corner of Aloma & Lakemonte Ave in Winter Park. We meet in the Bank of America parking lot at the northeast corner of the intersection. Rides leave at 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday. On Saturday there is 5 to 6 different groups of different lengths & speeds.
