wrong, but in the interest of Donna's privacy, that's all I'm gonna say
Darn, you caught me in my dissembling.
Did you go to the show yesterday? I wanted to meet you :p .

Donna's busy at the NAHBS, so I hope she won't mind my stepping in...the 'mb' stands for Amber (Donna's middle name).
Definitely incorrect. But that's ok.
I was going to go yesterday, but I came down with a cold. If I'm feeling better later today I night make it down there in the early afternoon. I did make it to the W&K 'Teams of Portland' exhibit Thursday night, I had to represent with the ZooBombers.

Well, we'll leave it for Donna to correct if she so desires :D .

Too bad! I am back home. I didn't get to meet any of the ZooBombers, although I did meet some of the Dropout Club members AND I got to sit on a tallbike :D .

I do.
Seriously. I wish she could come back. The forumz will never be the same without her.
She may be here somewhere, who knows?
I had too many "Close encounters of the 3rd kind" with her. We tangled regularly, and I don't miss it one bit.

EH- Capn iFUN! is a Zoobomber. What's more, he is our Zoobomb Century Champion! Rev. Phil is a Zoobomber, too. The truth is, all the folks at the "outdoor booth" at NAHBS are Zoobombers as well as tallbike riders. :)

I think if my parents had wanted to name me "Donna Amber", the parish priest at St. Elizabeth's would have laughed them right out the church door.

No excuse. I've been sick all weekend. :p

Oh, I had forgotten about Capn iFUN! being the ZooBomb Champ :o ! The folks at the 'outdoor' booth were a totally cool bunch though, and I enjoyed meeting them.
Are you sure you wouldn't like to change your name? Perhaps it's because I like the name 'Amber' :D ?

Donna's last name is Banana - I saw that in a photo. ;)

Are you sure you live in BC? Or do you just hang out with the gang?
Or did someone think you were a bear?

Big town crappy cops don't help either.

you mean this isn't foo?
It's getting close, but I think the photo of me on the tallbike disqualifies it from being appropriate in Foo.

That looks like a lot of fun. Looks like maybe a little too much seatpost. How did it ride?

I felt too awkward to get away from the wall. There were a fair number of tourists/pedestrians I could have run over in doing so :p . It's a LONG way down to the ground....on the other hand, I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, so I can probably pluck up the courage to actually ride a tallbike the next time I come across one :D .

EH -Riding a tall bike is pretty much like riding a regular bike...it;s the mounts and dismounts that are a little different.

I was scooting it back and forth along the wall, but with all the pedestrians just didn't want to mow anybody down. If I'd had a nice open, flat parking lot, I would have gone for it.
Next time! And I think that the people who were there will tell you that I am just crazy enough to do it, too :D .

There are some tallbikes in Portland that have step-throughs as the top frame. Sadly, none of them were brought to the show. I think one of them would have been perfect for EH.
