The victim was 7 years old and her parents told her "Not to ride in the street".
so where were the concerned parents when their 7 year old was out riding her new
christmas bike?
sorry, I don't believe this is totally the drivers fault, lets have the parents take
some responsibility here for not watching their 7 year old.
