Forum Suggestions & User Assistance - Can't unsubscribe?

Hello,

I tried to unsubscribe the daily digest of a few forums, but I continue to receive emails/digests. Please help? Thanks.

Have you gone to the User Control Panel, to List Subscriptions, View all subscribed threads?

There may be a couple of strays in there...make sure you click on 'save changes'?

I did go as you suggested to the User Control Panel and made sure that zero threads were subscribed. Alas, I am still getting the emails. Very strange.

Hmm. Sounds as if someone who knows more than I do needs to rescue you then :o . Sorry I could not help solve the mystery, but if someone who knows more than I do replies, then I will learn something for the next time!

I've changed your Default Thread Subscription Mode to Subscribe with no notification. That should do it.

In checking my settings, I notice that I am subscribed to 5,539 threads. Yeah, I turned off the notifications too. ;)

Thanks much, Brian. However, I am still receiving emails this morning. It's not so much of an annoyance; more like it's just so curious that there's this mechanism somewhere that has eluded almost everybody.

I'll look into it this evening.
