Does anyone know if Quattros are the only option in CrankBrothers pedals if I am using a Look style shoe? Or is there some sort of adapter or something I am just not seeing. The shoes have keo cleats but they are a PITA to walk in

you need spd slots/screws on shoes for crank bros cleats, don't you?
all of mine are mounted on spd style shoes--not look style ones.
that said, i've never used look cleats, so i don't know anything about them.

Check what type of mounting your current cleats have. CB makes all sorts of 2/3 bolt cleats for road shoes, I believe. Check on their site under Accessories, and I think the first page there is Cleats.

I didnt even realize I could order right from there site, and they do indeed make an adapter. Also, upon further review, the one I posted works with quattro, egg beater, and candy. So...uhh..... thanks guys;)
