just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the headset and fork from a centurion. cuz it seems like everything is one piece from the stem to the headset to the fork :/

Unless it's been upgraded you have a threaded headset with a quill stem. Your first step is to remove the stem. Loosen the bolt at the very top (may be under a rubber cap) a little ways and then tap it down with a mallet. If all is well the stem will come right out. Then you can start unscrewing the headset, but be careful that you catch any loose balls both at the top and bottom of the head tube. what if i already unscrewed that bolt and now it wont screw back in at all?

Apparently you completely removed the bolt and the expander wedge has dropped down in the headtube. Pull out the stem and look inside the tube for it. You will probably have to invert the bike to shake it out. Normally you only loosen the bolt a few turns and pull out the stem with the expander still on the bolt.

The wedge dropping on its own should be a good sign that you're not all corroded or overtightened. The stem should pull right out. You may need to twist it back and forth a little first.
