Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Bianchi Truvativ Problem Need Advice

Just got a great deal on a new old stock 05 bianchi pista, and I want to change out the crankset. Problem is that the truvativ crankarm bolts are siezed and won't budge. Any advice for loosening these bolts? Can they be seized from not being used for almost 3 years, or were they overtorqued at the shop/factory? These things are stuck hardcore.

do you have the correct tool? i can't see how cr bolts could seize that bad. they don't have enough contact real estate
edit: not being a bf ***** — just that if you have the bolt spanner for the back and the allen key i can't see how they could stick
I don't see any spot for a spanner, I assumed that you simply need to turn the bolt counterclockwise? I've never worked with this isis crap before so where does the spanner come into play?

You don't need a spanner. He thinks you're talking about the chainring bolts.
If you are looking at something like this,
then you just need a really long allen wrench, like this:
Maybe the bolts were installed with locktite or without grease.

Never had a prob getting ISIS bolts out (or octalink which uses the same bolt).... You need a long 8mm wrench. If that does not work, I would personally get an impact wrench (as in one you would use on a car) and put a 3/8" adapter on it and get a 8mm allen head socket. Put on the lowest setting and slowly crank up the torque until is breaks free. Stuff like this tends to need a solid whack before it frees up. A long wrench if tons of force is applied will round out the bolt head before lossening it up. A impact wrench will jolt the bolt free.
I have never done this with an ISIS, octalink bolt but have had to do it with an old style 15mm hex head bolt which was rusted onto a BB. Worked in under a few seconds.
I don't have an impact wrench but I do have a drill. Can I just drill these out?

id just go with the ever friendly sawz all, and cut throw your spindal! since you are replacing the arms you might as well replace the bottom bracket? just consider it an upgrade
