I'm refurbishing my 1990 Diamond Back Ascent as a commuter. Old, trusty, in great shape. Any suggestions for a replacement cartridge bb for this baby? The original spindle is a Tioga 7EL (JIS square spindle standard), 73x128mm. I'd like to stick with the original LX cranks just for the love of it.
