Need some help to know if I'm doing something wrong or if the Park Tool stand I got has a part with the wrong size. This is brand new out of the box.
Model PCS-9. Here are the specs/ assembly instructions (http://www.parktool.com/products/documents/PCS-9_instructions_pre-2007_20061214_68683.pdf) on putting it together.
At Step 2, it shows to slide the Yoke Weldment (part 12) over the Upright (part 9). However, the Yoke Sleeve (part 11), which is inside the Yoke Weldment, is too small in diameter to slide over the Upright post.
The Yoke Sleeve does not look like it should be removed from the Yoke Weldment.
Any ideas? Am I missing something? Do I perhaps have parts that are the wrong size? And has anyone dealt directly with Park Tool on issues like this?
