I have an old '95 Fuji Team road bike that I'm trying to install a rear carrying rack to the back for touring and commuting. The frame doesn't have the mounts built into the dropouts and I'm wondering the best way to go about installing the rack is. Should I just scour for a generic adapter? What's the best route?

The top mount can be done with a bracket that uses the rear brake mounting bolt as the fixing bolt. The lower legs can be clamped to the seat stays using P-clips available at any hardware store.
