I was just wondering what the difference (structure and performance) between an ordinary road bike and a triathlon bike? I know there is something relating to the seat-post angle I think as one thing, but what difference does that make? TT bars - how much of a difference do those make to performance?

The geometry and components are a little more about aerodynamics and straight-line speed than super light weight, though you can make some pretty light tri/TT bikes if you get down to it.
