Introductions - Outside the Sun is Shining...seems like heaven ain't far away

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hi Bike Folk!

Surfin the world of bikes on the internet and thought this looked like a fun place to be.

I used to do some road racing in college--back in the days before lycra...

and then I went on to a life of corporate america and childrearing and now I'm back.

Faster, tougher, sillier than ever.

Completed my first ironman in Louisville in August and I'm going back again next year looking for a daylight finish. Ran my 12th marathon on Dec 1st --Tecumseh trail marathon in Bloomington. This year I'd like to get serious about qualifiying for Boston.

Here's a link to my blog, too.

Hi MS, I've already peeked into your blog after seeing your post in the C/A forum, and enjoyed reading it very much. Such positive thinking! There is always room for positive thinking :D .

And sillier, well, it sounds as if you might enjoy Foo (http://www.bikeforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=199), or at least cheer some of those people up!

Welcome to BF!

Welcome to Bike Forums :) I took a peek at your blog and I had a real smile when I saw that swimsuit. Yes, definitely you should buy it. I've seen cycling jerseys with the same dress suit and bowtie design and I've been awfully tempted to get one.
