First off, I have a fluid trainer and the wife would freak if i spend any more $$ on bike stuff. I have been thinking that if I get into this tri thing I will buy rollers next year to train with. I would think their benefits would be even greater with a tri bike. Right now the thought of bing in an aero position on rollers seems a bit daunting. What are peoples experiences, thoughts on using rollers to train on a tri bike?

It will be as diffcult as when you 1st started rollers with a normal bike.. Once you get passed by the 1st 2 sessions you should be able to go down in the aero position and maintain it .. have fun and stay next to the washing machine, at least thats what I do.. But seriously it will greatly improve you spin not your vo2 or power, just be more efficient and fluid. Youy should pair this with something else if you are serious.
