Does your free USA shipping include Hawaii? I only ask, because I have won ebay items with a set USA shipping price, only to find out that they didn't mean Hawaii and Alaska - only continental U.S.

Yes of course Alaska and Hawaii are included in free shipping offer.. I ship usps priority mail which does not charge extra for those 2 states..
