I may have over looked this, and most of what I am finding with the search is for Cali.
Is there a place that list most or all of the centuries or orginized rides around the country.

Try searching www.active.com as they are a great source for finding and registering for rides.

Be careful...Thanx, Tom, but the rides listed at those sites do not show very many of the centuries at all here (for example) in California (maybe one-twelfth or less). And the ones they did list are a couple of the more challenging ones around: 8,000+ feet of vertical or more (i.e.: the High Sierra Fall Century--I did this year--is done at altitude, never lower than 7,000 feet elevation to a high of 9,000 feet above sea-level! It was brutal!)

I would recommend posting your request in the regional subforum you wish to ride in. People there will know. For instance, here in Southern California, the Channel Island's Bike Club has a far more comprehensive list (http://www.cibike.org/page7.html) that everyone here uses.
