I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I might be able to find a 5-7 hour per week road training program for training with power? Any help would be appreciated.

If you're looking for a "generic" training program that will keep you motivated and help you make gains across the board in various energy systems (5 second, 1 min, 5 min, and 1 hour or FTP) Hunter Allen's Spring Training Programs are a good fit. You can read more about them here...

If you are looking to train for a specific event or a series of events that require specificity your best bet is to read all you can and become your own coach, or hire one of the better known power coaches who can help you craft a program and manage your training.

I started w Hunter's stuff and have sought out advice from a few caoches over time. I enjoy self-caoching and the learning that goes with it, despite the fact that I have to learn the hard way sometimes.

good luck.
