I just saw on Cateye's webpage their two latest lights, aka the Single Shot and Single Shot Plus. One watt LED lights, with integrated batteries and a charger a la the Light and Motion Vega. They don't seem to be widely available as of right now. Attaches with the flextight system. The Plus is interesting in that it contains two 1 W LEDs, and that switching to high runs them both.
Anyone have experience with these lights, and/or want to venture a guess as to whether they're capable of lighting the road? IIRC the HL-EL500 from a few years back had a 1 W LED that did not light the road to adequately see by. But chances are LED technology has progressed substantially since then.
