Well heres some back story before I tell you the problem. I got my clipless two weaks ago and since then I have literally gone biking every day about 10 miles each day on some trails. One of those days was in moab even. ANywhoo

A pain in my right foot developed on the last day I rode a fav trail a couple times, I thought it would just go away and I could go riding the next day (just got laid off from job, loots of free time). But I woke the next day and when I'd put weight on my right foot it would feel like extreme fatigue and hurt like !@#%!!@#. Its now been 3 days with this pain, haven't gone biking or jogging, shoot I cant even walk without limping like heck.

Could it just be that my foot was in a wrong posotion this whole time? (naturally Im a wee bit toe-out but my clipless are straight).

Thanks people

Is it bruised? Perhaps you fractured a bone in your foot? If the pain doesn't go away soon, I'd see a doctor. This doesn't sound like an issue with your clipless set-up, IMHO.

Good luck!

Well I thiiink I've got it figured out. I remember the exact day I started limping, it was right after I hopped off my bike to get back to my car. On the way down the hill I hit a monster rock that just about bucked me off but I stayed on thanks to the clipless, but I remember looking down and seeing my right foot at a reall really bad angle. Now evertime I raise my heel (kind of like to flex the calf) it feels like a big rubber band bieng pulled very very tight in my foot. My brother and dad think I pulled a muscle... I dunno I hope not Im DYING to bike.

I'm going to the doc on monday:confused:
