I was wondering if there was such a thing as an all mountain 29er in full suspension. The closest thing I saw was a Titus, and we don't get them at my lbs. I really like the van dessel jersey devil, but it's xc.

Lenz Behemoth & and perhaps the Niner RIP. Fork options above 130mm are White Brothers, and well... White Brothers.

+1 on the RIP Niner. A friend of mine has one in Barbados. I think he found a Reba fork for it too.

Turner Sultan, Elsworth Evolve, Intense Spider, Jersey Devil FS, Ventana El Ray, among the others listed above. See http://www.mtbr.com/spotlight/29er/ . 4" on a 29er is worth 5" on a 26er.
Do make sure to get a "all mountain" set of 29er wheels. Consider the 38mm Kris Holm unicycling 29er rims or the ubiquitous and reliable Rhynolite.
