I can only think of the Sette Shadow frame from pricepoint.com. Frame doesn't look as strong or as "urban" looking, but it is $130.

Thanks for proppin' Ramsays, nodnerb. I forget about them - - interesting shop and they have some occasional, unexpected gems pop up in their clearance stuff (I think they've had those 1 1/8" rigid Marin forks for at least 5 years now).
