I have what is probably a stupid questions about Tri/TT bars.
I am a long time road biker. I have used clipon aerobars on a road bike and understand the advantages. Recently, as a fun project, I purchased an old Scott Waimea bike to allow me to experiment with different configurations.
As I have been preparing to build out the bike, I have been reading about Tri bikes.
It is my understanding that Tri/TT bikes may have stability problems when the rider shifts to the pursuit bars.
I am wondering whether pursuit bars offer any advantage or whether the better approach would be to work drop bars into the cnfiguration.
Your opinons are welcome.
